If you do not want to wait for your item, you can cancel your order without penalty. Orders for several items can be sent in individual shipments if part of the order is not immediately available in our stock, so that you get the items available whenever possible for your convenience. You must bring your credit card used to establish the order, along with a valid driver’s license, and sign a purchase confirmation to obtain your parts. Line items or returns will not interconnect with Oracle Receivables if there is a hold in play or purchase. If your order has been processed and printed, it can not be changed. Orders that require assemblies or orders around the world may not be sent at the same time.
You will not be charged any excess amount for the shipment. Regarding the shipment, we will send the adjustment kits separately after they are ready. You can know how much the shipment will cost once you have an item or items in your cart. All shipments include a packing list attached to the outside of the delivery package. It is suggested that you reject the shipment in case the package is damaged.
If there are several things in your purchase, we will ship the items that are in stock immediately. When the order was sent, the last charge will be published. You will have the possibility to see your orders sent successfully.
